Refresh your spirit with practice dedicated to balancing the Gunas: qualities of the mind. There are three qualities of the mind including Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. All of us have these qualities to different degrees. Sattva is the most sought after quality as it is peaceful, calm and harmonious. Rajas is more active, enthusiastic, spicy so to speak! Tamasic quality is heavy, dull, tending toward inertia. Through short discussion and soothing practice you will have the opportunity to dive into your internal landscape discovering where your mind sits and engaging in practice that will bring harmony, light and balance.
